The Old Rochester Regional School District invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the removal and replacement of four (4) groups of telescoping indoor bleachers and (1) one group of portable telescoping bleachers in the Old Rochester High School gymnasium. This project will modernize the gym seating with new, electrically-operated retractable bleachers that meet all current safety and accessibility standards. All procurement processes will follow Massachusetts General Laws governing public school construction and purchasing. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §§44A–J (for public building construction) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26–27H (Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law). 

The RFP will be available at the Old Rochester Regional School Districts Central Office 135 Marion Road, Mattapoisett, MA, Wednesday June 17, 2026. Notice of this RFQ is published in the Central Register (which is a weekly publication of the Office of the Secretary of State), the Wanderer (a newspaper of general circulation) and posted on the School website (www.oldrochester.org)The District will accept proposals delivered in person or by mail. All proposals must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026 to be considered.
