- April 1: Departure decision finalized
- April 16: Parent/Guardian Info Night with 6-6:30 PM registration + 6:30-8 PM presentation
- Leadership Training for Chaperones takes place in June, 2025
- Survival DEPARTS Sunday, June 1, 2025; RETURNS Saturday, June 7, 2025
- If the school calendar changes, Survival dates will be adjusted to one week later
